Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center Winner of Marriott Select Brands Awards

These annual awards recognize and honor the achievements of Marriott’s best team members, strongest managers and top-performing hotels. Awards are based on financial performance, guest satisfaction, quality assurance results, and nominations received from General Managers, management company representatives and other above-property staff.  We are so proud to announce that the Coastal Hospitality Associates’ Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center received 2 awards.

Opening Hotel of the Year 2019 – 

Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center opened in April of 2019 and exemplifies hotel leadership, financial management, overcoming obstacles, sales leadership, service leadership, community service, with hotel’s opening performance (RevPAR Index, Occ, GSS) and opening “readiness” also being considered.

Sales Ramp Up Award 2019- 

Awarded to the best opening Residence Inn hotel based on sales and marketing goal attainment in its first 3 months and first 6 months. Goal attainment is how quickly a hotel reaches high occupancy and RevPAR index goals through executing its pre-opening marketing game plan.

Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center opened in April of 2019. The 100,000- square-foot building is conveniently located on a two-acre site at 221 Bendix Road, Virginia Beach, in the heart of Town Center. Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center features 120 extended-stay rooms and a 950 square foot event space.
