Kitty Hawk, NC – Coastal Hospitality Associates, LLC (“Coastal Hospitality”) today announced the completion of the multi-million dollar renovation of the former Baymont by Wyndham Kitty Hawk in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and is now upgraded and converted to the Holiday Inn Express Kitty Hawk – Outer Banks.
The Holiday Inn Express Kitty Hawk – Outer Banks is owned and managed by Coastal Hospitality Associates, headquartered in Virginia Beach. The extensive renovation upgrades the property to the sleek and modern Formula Blue 2.0 design specifications for the Holiday Inn Express brand. Holiday Inn Express, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is one of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands with over 3000 properties worldwide.
Features of the new design include an open, pod-style front desk area; comfortable and flexible seating in the lobby, including community tables with built-in wired and wireless charging; streamlined guestrooms with a kitchen area (including a refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker), multiple points of power and several storage options. The Holiday Inn Express guest rooms provide a fresh, clean, and contemporary space with features that allow guests to be productive during their stay and have a great night’s sleep.
The newly renovated Holiday Inn Express features a new Dining Deck with pergola and firepit, and offers complimentary breakfast with ample seating in the breakfast room and on the Trellis Terrace.
